John has worked with numerous professional athletes across various sports, helping them reach peak performance through targeted, effective training. He is also a specialist in vertical jump development, known for dramatically improving explosiveness in athletes. In addition to working with professionals, he has helped countless young athletes earn college scholarships by preparing them physically and mentally for the next level. John's commitment to learning fuels his body to adapt and innovate, ensuring every athlete benefits from advancements in sports performance science.
